Just discovered the work of these German photographers.
I was so inspired by their photographs that I decided to run down to the old lumber yard on Mills Avenue and take some photos...the only place in town that I could think of that even comes close to the character of the facilities in these photos.
Much to my dismay, when I got there, it was a flat expanse of newly razed terrain...
I'm kind of tired of taking pictures of birds and flowers.

If you want to see some cool photos of urban industrial decay... go to Flickr and search for "brickworks" or "Don Valley Brickworks".
The Brickworks is an abandoned brick factory in the Don Valley in Toronto. There are tons of great (and some rather boring - this is Flickr after all) shot.
Wow, love those pictures. Don't know why, but odd architecture's always been a guilty (??) pleasure of mine.
